Dieting,Please HelpHi,I am 5"7,and I weigh 200 lbs,and I am only 14 years old,I feel uncomfortable with my weight,and I need help,what are some foods I could eat.How much sodium,carbs,fat,etc...should I intake daily.I know to eat 5 to 6 small meals a day,but I need an example of 5 to 6 small meals to eat.Please Help
