Title: Anxiety And Worry I have excessive worry and anxiety (since i was a kid) but it is not so bad that I want to take medecine such as Paxil. I am looking for an alternative. Is worry and anxiety (called lack of seratonin uptake inhib) something that can be fixed by eating differently or taking herbal meds? I have found that by walking briskly three days a week as well as three flights of stairs that my mood level is not as low and down..try it and best of luck.
