Calories/Carbs/Fat...Hi! I'm trying to get back into a serious workout habit again and I can't seem to remember what my ratio for carbs/fat/calories/protien intake should be. I'm 5/9, 141 lbs (28 yrs), and when I worked with a trainer a year or so ago I was down to 13% body fat/131 lbs (I'm up to probably the low 20's/high teens fat now). I work out in the mornings, weights for about an hr, 1/2 hr cardio. Any suggestions for the nutrition intake to refresh me..I'm on a mission to get back to where I was!!
