Excersise ProgramHi, I am a 15 year old male, 5'8" and 265lbs. I was wondering if you guys could devlope an excercise and nutrition plan for me to lose weight, to eat healthy, and to tone muscles. Here are the activities i due on a daily basis: i like T.V, Computers, and playstation. I have a poor diet i love chips soda chocolate, and eat Mcdonald's 4 times per week for dinner. Please help!

Don't eat so much!
Go to a fitness place get a membership and have them tell you want to do and do it.
