Hi Nadia,
The meal plan you mention here is not enough calories or variety to get you through the day.
If you are working out twice per day, are you doing cardio activity twice a day or cardio and strength-training?
I am going to be very straightforward with you and have to ask why have you chosen this as your goal?

1200 calories is enough to get me through the day, trust me. When I eat more than that I feel disgusting and overly full. I just wanted to know if that much protein is going to make me gain? I honestly don't know what to be eating. My trainer says just eat balanced but, what is that exactly? Do you have a sample menu plan that maybe I could go by? And yes, I meant cardio in the morning and strength training in the evening. Thanks!

Hi Nadia,
Have you posed this question to your trainer?
It is very difficult for me to assess whether you will gain weight as I don't know the intensity of your cardio workouts, I don't know what kind of weight program your trainer has you doing, I don't know your body type. I don't know all the factors that are very important in trying to answer this question.
However, I can say this. On only 1200 calories per day, it is very difficult for an adult to gain weight with what you listed as your current meal plan.
I don't know if this is what you wanted to hear, but without knowing all the relevant factors about you, I cannot, in good faith, answer this question accurately.
If your trainer doesn't have the answers you need regarding nutrition, have you thought about seeing a dietician or nutritionist?
