Title:
Confused Athelete. . . I Could Really Use Some Advicehi, i'm a 5'4", 150lb high school student. I run track, swim, and play volleyball (3 seperate seasons)I eat 5 times a day (schedule permitting) because i know that is the healthiest way to go. Quite frankly I'm a health NUT. . .but, no matter what I do, I can't loose weight. I'm not talking major loss here, but, summer is aproaching prtty quickly, and I have yet to feel confident in a suit.
If anyone has any suggestions, please E-mail me, I'm fairly open minded. I thought that maybe I'm not eating enough calories. . .(based on the idea that when you starve your body, you gain weight) is this a possability?

Hi!
I admire high-school students who realize that being healthy is going to help them throughout life!
Yes, eating smaller, more frequent meals throughout the day is better for you, but what are you eating?
This may be key...Also, keep in mind, you may have some growing left to do and this may be your body's way of preparing for that.
