let me also add that i currently work out 5-6 times a week (4 days of weight training and 3-5 days of at least 30 min of cardio). thanks again

    This is a great plan, but like with any fitness plan, your body does adapt and sometimes we hit a plateau as a result.

    You may want to start either increasing your cardio time from 30 min. to 45 min. or increasing your resistance. i.e. if you're on a treadmill, include an incline.
