Title: Calorie Intake And Muscle ok here's the deal...i'm a 20 year old female, weigh 145 lbs and am not sure how many calories i should be eating each day. i'm trying to get cut (lose body fat/build & tone muscle). i've heard more is better in some situations. for example i currently eat in between 1100-1400 cals a day. is this too little? am i slowing my metabolism down? should i eat more to speed it up and would that get me better results? i'm trying to eat a lot of protein and healthy foods for the most part. if it;s true that i'm not eating enough i'd be more than happy to eat more if that's going to get me to where i want. thanks for any help.
