Title: COME ALONG WAy HELP!

HELLO IM A 16 yr old 159 pound about 5 feet 10 1/2 male. i look pretty good now that i lost all this weight but now i wanna elimiminate the excess body fat around my body and get ripped. should i run every day at the gym or every other day? WHAT SHOULD MY EATING HABBITS BE? how many meals? any input will be awsome thanks
