Title: How Do I Build Up My Arm Wrist Size (lower Arms), Please Help
I would love some tips on what nutrition and excersises I need to do/eat to build up my muscles in my wrists /lower arms. The problem is that they are getting skinnier and skinnier and since I´m a male it´s rather emarresing wearing t-shirts. I´m a little overweight and have been trying to loose weight but It´s not going great, the weight stays constant even though I don´t eat much during the days/night and instead decreases the size of my wrists. Can someone give any tips on how I burn fat and also build up the muscles mass that I have lost in my wrists ..help. Just squeeze them and there ya go! Plus, Its cheap (and it works!). You might also wanna use the rowing machine at the gym. That will not only give you fab arms but also a weight loss. As for calories I'd definetly advise you to take cod-liver oil on a daily basis. I promise you it'll help!
