Title: Uncontrollable Cravings

maybe someone can help me out here...i exercise about 5 days a week (4-5 days of at least 30 min of cardio and 4 days training with weights). i'm in decent shape however my goal is to get cut (lose body fat and gain and tone muscle). the only thing that is getting in the way of things are my uncontrollable food cravings. most of the time i eat fairly well (oatmeal, chicken, fruits, veggies, wheat bread, etc) i write down my calorie intake for the day and allow myself a treat here and there as long as it fits into my calorie intake for the day. but sometimes i get these horrible cravings and binge on whatever food is around and i seem to not be able to control it (for example last night i tried not to eat something and i thought about how bad it would make me feel afterwards and that i didnt really want it nor was i hungry...i even tried to do other things such as reading a book...but somehow my psychological cravings overpowered my willpower. this happens a lot to me and im sure other people have this problem. its jsut so frustrating when i work out so well each week and slow my process with these binges. any advice?

    THE BEST WAY TO CONTROL CRAVINGS IS TO NOT STOP EATING THE THINGS YOU LIKE. IF YOU LIKE CHOCOLATE, EAT IT! JUST DON'T EAT TOO MUCH, THAT GOES FOR EVERYTHING IF YOU GIVE IT UP COMPLETLEY YOU'LL CARVE IT AND THEN WHEN YOU DECIDE TO HAVE SOME, YOU EAT IT ALL. TRUST ME I'VE DONE IT A THOUSAND TIMES!!!!
