Bruiseshi- i'm an 18 year old girl, 5'11 and about 140 lbs. Myh problem is that i am always finding these little bruises all over my arms and legs. I eat a healthy breakfast (banana, all-bran), usually skip lunch, and have a good dinner (salad, tuna, usually a side, with yogurt or something). I usually exercise daily and take a multivitamin, too-- so i don't know if i'm missing out on something that would be causing these bruises. I know as a fair-skinned female with small bone structure I am at risk for problems later-- can you spot a problem?

maybe a lil more milk and some cod liver oil might help.
but i actually think it'll pass, just give it some time. u didnt say how long this has lasted but i had the same prob for a while, and after a few weeks it was comp gone - without me changing a thing.
