I was thinking of taking fat burners... I know the ones with ephedrine mite cause heart problems or something. Well i heard about fat burners without epedrine. are they safe??? will i gain the weight back when i stop taking them??? is it worth taking them? okay thanks!

Well you dont really know what they put in those so the best thing to do is to consult youre doctor or even...ask about these products to you're pharmacist he'l inform you about them.
