You say you want to lose all the fat on your body. I'm afraid to be the bearer of bad news, but that will be impossible and even if it were achievable, it would probably kill you. The only people that I know of who can attain low bodyfat percentages are elite athletes and bodybuilders. Your body requires fat for protection of certain muscles and joints. This also goes back thousands of years, when fat was stored to save the body from starvation during lean vegetation times. That being said, if you need to lose some fat, want to gain muscle tone and lead a healthy lifestyle, there are plenty of things you can do. But only you can make that decision.
