Eating Before ExerciseSometimes it's easiest for me to exercise in the morning when I first get up. Sometimes I exercise later. Is it better/worse/doesn't matter if I eat a light breakfast before I exercise?

if you are doing cardio in the morning, you can increase your results (fat loss) by close to 300% by waiting to eat. If you wake up and do not intake any nutrients before your workout your body is in a state of natural ketosis. basically your body is forced to work off of body fat instead of nutrients in your stomach.
