You are likely bingeing at night because you have starved your body all day. Force yourself to eat breakfast if you must, but it is so important to eat breakfast. If you are working out, it is especially important to give your body the fuel it needs, and if you feed your body throuought he day, you will likely find the late night munchies greatly diminished. I am 36 years old. Last year, through a combination of healthy eating (not dieting!) and exercise, I was able to lose 65 lbs and for the first time in my entire life be at a healthy weight. If I can do it, so can you. You are off to a great start with the exercise, but you really do need to fuel your body throughout the day. Good luck!
