The only way I know is by losing body fat in general. Your breast are mostly made up aof fat, so general body fat reduction will reduce their size as well. I don't know if you need to lose weight, but when I lost 65 lbs I came down 3 whole cup sizes.

Well, what if I only lost like, 5 or 10 pounds, would that do anything at all to help?

i lost 15 lbs and dropped a cup and does it feel better. so 10 to 15 would reduce them bust some people are made with a bigger bust no matter how small they are.

I have found that for every 10lbs lost or gained, I lose or gain a cup size. When I was younger and weighed 130, I was about a C cup, now that I have had 2 children and am older and have gained about 20 lbs, I am a D to DD. I just had a baby 6 mos ago, so I hope to get back down to about 135-140 and hopefully closer to a C!!!
