The only way I know is by losing body fat in general. Your breast are mostly made up aof fat, so general body fat reduction will reduce their size as well. When I was younger and weighed 130, I was about a C cup, now that I have had 2 children and am older and have gained about 20 lbs, I am a D to DD.
