Food Advicehello. i am a 16yrd, 5'7 female who is very involved in lacrosse and as a result also running. i run at least two miles everyday and weight lift w/ 5 to ten pound weights almost everyday and i am looking to become totally toned and in the best shape i can be.i am wondering what kind of diet should i be eating in order for this to happen? i appreciate any advice u might be able to share w/ me/ thank you.
