Title: Better Nutrition Rentabilization

hello to you all.
my question is the following: I am working out 3 times a day in a week, resting on tuesdays and thursdays, I am now ready to take some suplements to achive some more mass gain, so I decided to take creatine and also a 90% egg and whey protein powder, what are in your opinion the right doses and when should I take each one of them in order to achive the best results??? thank U for all the attention...
