yes, they all work for the most part. but you must be careful when taking any fat burner like hydroxycut. most fatburners today contain ephedrine, which is derived from the chineese herb, ma huang. just because it comes from some herbal root does not make it safe. ephedrine is like caffine on steroids. it works great as a fat burner, but if you have any heart problems stay away from it. otherwise, give it a try...it works great. just don't over due it.

I've been taking Hydroxy cut for about 5 months straight now, when I first began I took their recommended dosage however now I take 1-2 per day. I find it doesn't really stimulate weightloss itself but it does give you that push while you're at the gym. So if you're especially tired or dragging yourself Hydroxy cut will help you, just don't take it within 4-5 hours of bed because it may create difficulty sleeping.
