Carbs?I am a 21 year old female, 5'5, about 140lbs. I've been trying to lose weight and tone up through cardio excercise, weight training, and healthy eating. How many carbs a day should I be consuming for optimum results?

You should consume 100g of Carbs per day. Your body can actually survive without any carbs, but a little amount won't hurt.
