Title: Dizzy

I have been exercising for a while now and I believe I am at the height of my intensity level. Yet, when I am finished with my workout I feel very dizzy and no matter what I eat I can't seem to get full. Perhaps, I am not eating well before my workout. What should i be eating before I start my workout? A bagel, or something light like fruit? And what should I eat afterwards? Any advice would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

Eat light before and right after your workout. 2 hours after your workout, eat a full course meal or something of that nature. I timed my workout so that 2 hour after I finnished, its lunch time.
