Title: Web Sites W/ Calorie Listings

Hello. ^_^ I just started weight lifting 3 days a week and running 7 days a week.

I would like to know if there are any web sites out there that list calories for specific foods. In example, say I had a turkey sandwich with a slice of provelone cheese... the web site would have (now, I'm just makin this up as an example):

Turkey... 20 calories per slice
Provelone Cheese... 40 cal per slice

That way, I'd know that I just ate 60 calories (not including bread).

Any help would be appreciated, thank you.
