Title: BANANAS, AVOCADOS AND SNACKS!!!

hello...i was just wondering if its true that banana's and avocado's are the fruits with the highest amount of fat in them...do bananas therefore provide alot of enery and could be a good nutritious snack on its own?
btw...does any1 have any low calorie snack recipes that they would like to share?? thanks!!

    Avocados are high in fat, but don't be afraid to eat them (in moderation, of course) because the kind of fat they have is good fat and beneficial to your body.

    Bananas, however, are virtually fat free. They are a good choice for a snack (pretty much any fruit is a good choice), but are lacking a bit in the fibre department compared to other fruits, and are also higher in calories compared to most other fruits. Pair a banana with some low fat cottage cheese and you've got a good, nutritious snack that should stay with you for awhile.
