Title: Protein Can one consume too much protein in a day? I'm wondering how much I should have.. I'm 6'0" and about 200lbs, and have a middle-intesity workout 5 days a week and also use creatine. So for you, at 200lbs, you should be consuming about 300 grams of protein. Now that is just while you are bulking. Hope that helps.
