Title: Protein

Can one consume too much protein in a day? I'm wondering how much I should have.. I'm 6'0" and about 200lbs, and have a middle-intesity workout 5 days a week and also use creatine.

Any help is appreciated..

    Kevin, If you are looking to gain mass, you should eat about 1.5 grams of protein per lb. So for you, at 200lbs, you should be consuming about 300 grams of protein. Now that is just while you are bulking.
