Title: Energy

I have absolutely no energy, I could sleep all day, and coffee makes me very sick (jittery, nauseated, overall sick feeling).
The doctor says nothing's wrong with me,just change my diet.
Any advice on healthy energizing habits would be greatly appreciated.
Thankyou,
Tina

If you don't already have an exercise program, then that's definately your first step. You'll feel a little sluggish at first, but after a week or two you'll definately feel better.
If you do it right, the trips to the gym can be great for your mental health too. Get a buddy to go along, use your workout time to relieve some stress, talk about whatever it is that's got you so down...
