Title: HUNGRY All The Time I want to eat all the time. I never seem to be satified. I drink lots of water. I've tried to train myself to eat smaller portions. I just want to eat. What are you hungry for? 3. After each bite, analyze how you feel. Are you full, still hungry? Most of us do not know what a hunger pang feels like do to our rich economy. Nor do we know what the sensation of being full feels like as we have a tendency to over eat and are more familiar with the feeling of having eaten too much. I would suggest you try to get in touch with yourself and attempt to experience a true hunger pang and listen to your body to define fullness. I am at the gym 4-5 times a week, and eat a low-carb high protein diet. I feel that most of the time I am feeling hungry is because I am not busy, or being stimulated in any way. Sometimes,if ou are not getting the right combination of foods, and you can feel hungry. Protein tends to fill me up. Like 6 egg whits and a half a cup of cottege cheese. That snack is lo in calories fat and carbs. It also contains a high dose of proteins.
