Title: Healthy Cooking

I would like to buy an Oriental cookbook that is healthy, nutritious, and good at making your insides feeling better,etc...The problem is when I looked on Barnes and Noble.com, about 50 cookbooks popped up atleast. And most of them didn't tell me for sure if they were healthy or not. I want to avoid, salts, sugars and all of the rest of the unhealthy things and start eating for my healths sake.
If anyone can give me advice on whats good out there to buy,I would be the utmost appreciated!
Thankyou,
Tina
