Weight GainCalling all Bodybuilders!
I am dying to reach my goal of 215 lbs. and being cut to boot! I weigh 200 lbs now, and getting leaner with every workout. I can't seem to put on the extra weight. I workout 5-6 days per week and can't see the results I am looking for with all my intense traing. I think I need to eat more protein, but, I find it hard to because theres not enough hours in a day! 2 protein shakes, egg whites, tuna, and chicken are consumed at least twice a week. Is that not enough? Please give me advice. Thanks.
