Title: Blood Pressure, Weight Loss And General Health Tips

I had posted previously that I had shed about 200 lbs and folks have asked how. I do work with individuals and groups as a private consultant but I will give some tips. First with any blood pressure and or heart or cholesterol problems...please follow your doctor's advice.
Here are the "magic" ways to attain success. 1)drink approx 8 glasses of water daily 2)eat foods as close to natural as possible 3) avoid refined foods and sugars as much as possible 4) concentrate on lean protein sources, fresh fruits and veggies and low fat dairy products 5) exercise on a regular basis...I don't care what, just move it at least three times per week for at least 30-45 minutes.Please get clearance from your doctor if you suspect any difficulties, or if you have not been active for a while. Focus on cardiovascular workouts 6) get fresh air on a regular basis, stretch, and learn to relax

I lost all of the weight without "dieting" My clients have succeeeded this way too. Good luck all, Yetta
