Title: ~~TEENA Is A TEEN Who Needs Your Help!!

Hi there! I am Teena a 18 year old girl trying to lose weight. I read everywhere that you should always always exercise in the morning..because your metablolism will get a boost and all that good sfuff. However, I have absolutely NO time to workout in the morning whatsoever...and if i schedule it the am I eventually give up. I do, however, have an extremely energizing 35 minute workout that I can do really well later on in the day...am i wasting my time if I do so this late?

Also...im on 1000 calories and 20g of fat? Is that about right?

    Beware when anyone says "always" on the subject of health and fitness. Many things are more generalizations than some end all, be all, answer. You do not have to exercise first thing in the morning. If you feel better working out in the evening then do so.
    You should be eating more than 1,000 calories and 20g of fat a day. It depends on how much you weigh and are doing and all that but you should be eating at least 1200-1500 calories a day, and dont be afraid to get a little more fat in your diet as long as its heavy on the saturated fat.

      Hope you don't mind my butting in -- I assume it was a typo -- you probably meant "as long as it is NOT heavy with Saturated Fat."
