Gosh! It's the first time I've heard of anybody hating water! Water is one of the most important things we need in our body -- without it, you cannot live.

If you find the taste being the problem, you should be able to find flavored water products in your supermarket -- not really juice but flavored water.

Putting sugar might improve the taste but will not necesarilly help you lose weight. Maybe squeezing some lemon, orange or any fruits will help. If you want some sweet taste, use artificial sweeteners like equal. That should prevent you from gaining weight instead of losing it. Good luck!

Title: Re: I HATE WATER TOO - Solution

I am not a big water fan either, no matter what form it is in. Plain water is just wholly unsatisfying. Unfortunately, water is required to metabolize fat. You must drink ALOT of water (or like substance) when working out. DO NOT use sugar, you will be shooting your diet in the foot if you do. Save those sugary calories for a snack or healthy food.

At Albertson's there is product called clear excellence. It is a lightly carbonated fruit drink with 0 cals. and no coloring. It comes in 32 ounce bottles, and costs .50 a bottle. Also, Crystal Light is a good option as well. Propel from gatorade is pretty good.
Using these products I drink almost 1.5 gallons a day (5 32 oz bottles a day).

Try putting equal and lemon in the water, it's a little tastier.
