Title: Spanish Food

I'm going to a Spanish Restaurant with my boyfriend this saturday...And I was gonna share a Seafood Paella with him...well...I was wondering....How bad is Paella...if it's bad at all that is...what are it's nutritional facts?

I love paella. And, if you look at the ingredients, their actually great -- with the exception of the chorizos (Spanish sausages)!

It's a complete meal -- protein, carbohydrates and not a lot of fat. The only challenge is portion control -- it's so great, you'll probably end up eating more than you should. But, it's easy to burn off if you hit the gym the next day!

    Enjoy!
