Title: Apple Cidar Vinegar I'm looking for information on apple cidar vinegar as a weight loss assistant. Let me know if this is true, how much to take, ect.. Combine mild excercise with a healthier diet(I stress healthier, as nowadays it isn't realistic for most people to have a "healthy" one). If you are looking for a clinically tested supplement for fat-burning/sustained fat loss, consider a compound called CLA, which is marketed under the brand name of Tonalin...Independent university studies have show that the consumption of 3.4 + grams of this fat (yes, fat) can be beneficial to helping weight loss efforts. Over the time that the study ran, the study group lost an average of 6 pounds more than the placebo control group (I mention Tonalin as the study stated that this was the brand used, and that not all formulations of CLA work as well).Stay away from products that contain ephedra, which is a stimulant that causes issues (like potential death) for some people. Here is a link to a website with some info on CLA: http://www.wellnesspartners.com/tonalin/ It is a website from a manufacturer, so read with an open mind...but it is not to sensationalist. > That sounds gross! > Tasha wrote: > > I'm looking for information on apple cidar vinegar as a weight loss assistant.
