Balanced Dieti need a detailed information about balanced diet, which should be explained what all food should be eaten in each meal time to get all the essential food.please help.

You should be looking at getting 60% of calories from carbohydrates, 20% from protein and 20% from fats.
Carbohydrates will include cereals, rice, pasta, vegetables, fruits
Proteins include meat, poultry, fish
Fats -- better to use unsaturated fat rather than fats from meat (saturated fat)
Drink plenty of water. Have plenty of fruits.
