A Blender Drink...
I need an opinion on a blender drink that I tried a couple weeks ago. I mixed Carnation Instant B-fast with low fat skim milk, then added a scoop of peanut butter and a banana and blended it together. Please let me know if I should take this before or after the workout and whether this drink is legit or not. Thanks
