Title: Stimulates

I love coffee and the feeling of energy, I used to party hard but now the more I learn about nutri-food and the consequences I realize how bad alcohol, eating is and I now watch my diet, workout sch. alcohol cosumation but after giving up alot coffee is that last draw. How bad is it if i am relatively healthy 195lbs-5.11..-29yrs-16%bf i am working on the 16% but i love getting "jacked up" in the morning before workouts and sometimes even after. Lose the caff and increase cardio or just for get about it and pump.
