Hydroxycuts ( and i assume the others) is an diet supplement based on the Ephedrine, caffeine & asprin stack that is well studied and deemed safety enough for use to be sold "over the counter". This product has the herbal equivilents of this stack (eg Ma Huang etc) and is very popular product. Check with your doctor to see if it is ok for you as some peolpe shouldn't really use it(people using MAO inhibitors, cardiac patients etc).
