This product so far as I know is safe and does not contain ephedra (which is a Chinese herb called "ma huang" which is not safe to ingest) The main ingedients in the Jamieson product are HCA and Chromium Picolinate...I am not sure what else. I do not counsel my clients to rely on supplementd to encourage fat loss. A supplement like the one we are discussing only works in a mild thermogenic manner when taken prior to a cardiovascular workout. Do not exceed the recommended doasge. Drink lots of water daily, this takes nutrients to the body and removes toxins. Eat lots of veggies, some fruit, no refined foods, avoid sugars and white flours and empahsize lean protein sources. Low fat dairy tops it off with only wholegrain breads, brown rice and oat meal. I have seen countless men and women take this advice and lose scads of weight (and fat) following this to the letter.
