I am real thin, i weigh 95 pounds but i need an excercise that is guarenteed to work for making my but tight and fit. PLEASE help! thanks a lot!

    i use a exercise ball. you lay your back on the ball and lift your glutes up and down, squeezing. or on all fours, lift one leg up with your knee bent tightening your glutes about 15 reps 3 times. this you can feel. 3 times a week.
