I'm concocting my own "post work out" drink and I'm utilizing maltodextrine as the high gylcemic portion of the mix. I have no ideal though about the amount or calorie content of this substance that should be used with such a drink. i.e. how many tablespoons equals how many grams of carbs and how much typically is utilized?
