Can anyone tell me what is a really good nutritional/health plan to helpme lose approx. 5-6 inches off my belling over the next 9 months?

    Yes, your on the right track by wanting to lose your belly because, when people usually want to lose weight they want it NOW! In your case you want to lose it by 9 months from now.So heres your tip RUN,do anything arobic you can. Start walking fast get to where you can jog slow for at least 45 min a day as many days of the week you can. Also Calories in Calories out! remember that b/c if you eat 2500 calories a day then burn 2000 by jogging you wont lose.Cut out all fat. Do it, if its important enough to you then you will lose what you want!
