Supplement QuestionsI have a few questions,...
Today, I went to the grocery store and bought some Zinc and Magnesium.
1) How much should I take per day?( The Zinc pills are 60 mg, (which is 400% recommended daily allowence) and the Magnesiums are 250 mg (63% Rda) )
2) What time of the day should I take it (does it matter?)
3.) What do you guys think of HMB? It seems kind of exspensive to me. Is it worth it??
4.) When I take creatine (Creatine monohydrate (powder) should I mix it with water, or juice?? or does it make a difference?? I've heard that having some carbs with it helps transport it. Would it have the same effect if I mixed it with water and ate an apple at the same time??
5.) When should I take Creatine? I have been taking it about 1/2 hour before lifting, only on days I lift, is this right?
6.) Along with the Z, and Ma, I noticed that the name brand ZMA that I have seen is Zinc Aspartate and Magnesium Aspartate, does it matter how it is compouned? the stuff I got at the grocery store is different(bonded do something different), cant remember what. Does this matter??
7.) are there any other things along those lines, (that I can get for cheap at a grocery or drug store) that anyone would reccomend??
