Title: Body Fat Scale Has anyone ever used one of those bodyfat/ weight scales. These are the ones that are asuppose to measure body fat electronically. Any advise would be appreciated. Thanks! Date: Oct. 19th, 2001 Title: Re: Body Fat Scale They are very inaccurate. I've had my bodyfat % measured by those scales and other electronic means and it varied by 5% in one week. The amount of water and sodium in your body will affect the outcome on those devices. Either use skinfold calipers or hydrostatic weighing if you can. Forget about those scales.
