Title: Weight Loss I've been trying to lose weight my entire life it seems but have had little luck. I recently started weight training and 30 minutes on a recumbent bike a day 6 days a week. My question is... is there any way to tell how much body fat loss I've lost other than the bathroom scale. Thanks! Name: Alan Date: Oct. 19th, 2001 Title: Re: Weight Loss if you can't get your body fat tested by someone i would suggest taking your own measurements with of course a measuring tape. check certain areas of your body a few times a month and keep track of the numbers to see if you've gained or lost an inch or two. but never after a meal-first thing in the morning. hope that helps.
