Title: Weight Loss

I've been trying to lose weight my entire life it seems but have had little luck. I recently started weight training and 30 minutes on a recumbent bike a day 6 days a week. My question is... is there any way to tell how much body fat loss I've lost other than the bathroom scale. Thanks!

    if you can't get your body fat tested by someone i would suggest taking your own measurements with of course a measuring tape. check certain areas of your body a few times a month and keep track of the numbers to see if you've gained or lost an inch or two. but never after a meal-first thing in the morning.
