Title: Fat Burners...How Do They Work?

I've included a small article I wrote about what common fat burners are and how they work, so you can decide if they are right for you.

    ------------------------------
Fat Burners: How Do They Work?

When I do my one-on-one personal consultations with the buyers of my e-book, one of the first things
they usually ask me has something to do with the
many fat-burners out on the market today.

The most asked question is probably “How do they work?” The idea behind them is actually very simple.

I’ll use a couple of the more popular fat-burners
    as an example.

Almost everybody has heard of Hydroxycut and Xenadrine. These two are called
    thermogenic fat-burners.
    Simply put this basically
means “HEAT”. This is because they help to convert
excess calories into heat instead of fat.

These fat-burners are a combination of three ingredients. Ma Huang, Guarana Extract and Willow Bark.

Ma huang is the herbal form of the fat-burning compound
ephedrine. Guarana extract is the herbal form of
caffeine and Willow bark is the herbal form of aspirin.

Ephedrine is the thermogenic agent in these fat-burners.
It also acts as an energy booster to power you through
    your workouts, much like caffeine.

The Guarana extract(caffeine) is used to help get you through those rough workouts and also helps to improve
    your endurance.

Caffeine and ephedrine work much better together than either of them do alone.

The willow bark (aspirin) is used to make the other
two work better. It helps to make the other two much more potent than if they were taken alone.

The fat-burner you choose is just a matter of personal
preference. Some are more “pure” than others and therefore don’t require as large of a dose.
    ------------------------------
    Hope this helps,
    Ryan
