Drink Of Choice?Have a question,
I started trying out this recipe for a sports drink, which consists of
240ml of water, two small key limes, and a pack of sugar substitute.
I actually like the taste, and was wondering if it is a good combination
to drink before a rigorous workout? Is the sugar substitute a safe intake
before a 2 hour workout? How about the limes?
