Title: Eating, Duh

ok heres the deal. I've been givin a work out routine, and now all i have to do is eat properly. i was wondering if someone could help me out on this.
For brekfest i usually drink an instant brekfest. At lunch i usually have pasta or pizza. for dinner i eat what my mom cooks. for snacks i have like bananas and apples. I need to know if someone will help me think of or work out a simple diet that will work with my work out routine and help me lose weight and gain all that muscle i've been waiting for. so could someone help me out here?

    Dan,

You are snaking well! good job..

I would suggest not eating the pizza at lunch. Do not eat fast food. Do not eat junk food (chips, candy, fast food, etc.) . Basically, eat simple things.

You should start eating 5-6 smaller meals a day. This will help a lot.

Try to stay away from things that have a lot of fat. Try to stay away from refined carbohydrates. Things like chips, crackers, white bread....

Eating properly is very important. Just as important as working out. Research this subject thoroughly if you want to see good results...

    hope I've helped.
