Title: Calorie Calculators!!
hey!! last week i wanted a web site that had calorie calculators of food, but someone gave a this website, where they only TLAK about calories, nd how to look for them in food, but it didn{t give me the AMOUNT OF CALORIES OF FOOD!! (for example: an apple, a pear, a chocolate bar, etc.) please, help me!! if someone knows how much calories fruit has, or other stuff, PLEASE, PLEASE, help me!!

medium sized apples have about 80 cals
bananas about 100
fruit is pretty low in calories. if you really want to know some health food sections in stores or book stores have calorie counting books.

go to en.cyberdiet.com and click on "eating right" they have tons of calorie info...
