Title: One Of Those Calorie Questions!!but A Good Question!!!!so..uh..help ok, I read in Shape Magazine that if you are trying to lose wieght, and you are exercising regularly, you can lose wieght even better by alternating your calorie intake...for example: for two weeks straight you consume anywhere from 1800-2000 calories per day, then the 3rd and 4rth week you go back down to 1300-1500 calories perday, and suposedly, this calorie alternating will help you lose wieght better...so is there any truth to that?!! ok thanks!
